Day 245

Day 243

My photo of "Climb Every Mountain" overlay on the door of a loading bay. I've recently had a fascination with these lately.

Day 218

My daughter Kathryn stood behind a window in an abandoned art studio.

Day 217

A tiny part of a Peter Max painting zoomed in on to make it look surreal.

Day 216

This is actually 3 separate photos I took at a store window. I combined all 3 in layers and played a round with them until I got something I liked.

Day 215

A sage smudge stick to clear all the negative energy that may have been left behind my new home. You light the stick and as the smoke starts to rise, start at the top of your head and move the stick all the way around and down your body. When you have cleared yourself, start at the closest corner to the right of the entrance and wave the stick up and down. Start moving clockwise and go throughout the entire area while reciting an affirmation of your choice. A good one could be "I banish all negative energy from this space and bless it with divine love and light."

Day 214

A beauty parlor in the hood :-)

Day 213

Dude sitting on his throne. I wasn't thinking when I bought dark brown couches that a white dog could be a disaster, so I put a throw blanket on the ottoman for him. I know I could actually make him sit on the floor :-)

Day 212

A little gem I found while walking around a Marina.

Day 211

An interesting little fountain I found walking around. I zoomed in and out until I got the effect I was looking for.

Day 210

Ran out of time to photograph today, this was the crosswalk on my way to an art exhibit in Greenwich .

Day 209

While photographing around The Nest, an old artist studio I found this discarded doll outside.

Day 208

Day 207

A little boat in the harbor in Southport CT.

Day 206

This little girl was walking home from the little beach by my house and thought she should take a seat on my steps. I asked her mom if I could photograph her, she said sure.

Day 205

There was a small puddle in front of this lovely building. I got down on my belly and put the camera right above the puddle to make it look really big and snapped away. This was taken in New Haven on the Scott Kelby Photowalk.

Day 204

So I've had this idea for awhile, adding my wildlife images to abandoned buildings. I have a huge library of wildlife and a smaller one of abandoned buildings which can be boring on their own so I'm going to give this a try for a bit to see what I can come up with.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
