Day 361

Today we had our first snow fall, actually a blizzard. That didn't stop Dude from wanting to play ball. He was so funny, he jumped through the high spots like a bunny.

Day 359

Dude snuggled himself up inside my daughter Kathryn's new blanket. Isn't he cute as a button?

Day 358

Merry Christmas !!!!! Christmas morning before the girls woke up to open their presents.

Day 357

My daughter Kristi put the antlers on Dude and he immediately laid down, and looked at me like "take the picture already, I know you want to"

Day 338

I went to participate in the Help Portrait in Bridgeport today. I was too late to set up my own station, so I just helped out where ever I could and grabbed a few shots. I spotted this man in the
library computer room and REALLY wanted to take his photo. After passing by him for the 5th time I finally got up the nerve to ask if wanted to go to the Help Portrait room to have his photo taken. To my surprize he said yes. I brought him to fellow photographer Mark Smith who had several lights setup, for him to photograph. I also used his lights to get some shots. The gentelman gave us permission to use his photo, normally you aren't suppose to use the photos you take that day for personal use, but since I solicited him I felt it was ok.

Day 259

My daughter and I ate at Sakura's Restaurant so I thought it fitting to photograph the volcano flame the chef made.

Day 256

Some mini cupcakes placed on an orange napkin. I was experimenting with shallow depth of field.

Day 249

Here I am standing on the pier at Seaside Park in Bridgeport, CT.

Day 244

I found a bunch of photos I didn't post for my project. Here's one from Southport Ct.

Day 321

A few of us spend the afternoon panning. While waiting for a good subject to pass I turned around and noticed these heart shapes from the oil in the river.

Day 320

I just love this shot, I was photographing the little boy, then the grandmother , then realized the best shot would be of the two of them together. Just as I was about to shoot a rooster walked through the frame ! This was taken in Pinar Del Rio, Cuba on a tabacco farm.

Day 319

These little round balls were surrounding one of the squares by the hotel in Havana.

Day 318

This daughter mother duo were just standing out in the street outside their home. I moved them around to get one in the forground and on in the background.

DAY 317

While walking down the streets I found this guy sitting on the curb. I grabbed this shot then asked if I could photograph him. It always seems to me my first shot is always the one I like best.

Day 316

Capitano Hemmingway, this guy was standing out in the street waiting for his photo to be taken.

Day 315

My first night in Old Havana, Cuba. After our introduction dinner we walked back to the hotel and I noticed this wonderful reflection in a puddle.

Day 314

These are some wooden statues I bought in Africa, placed in front of a similar color screen.

Day 313

Day 312

I was driving home at night and saw this wood showing through the cement on a local restaurant "Taco Loco". It was under a red light. I got out and took a few shots not knowing what I was going to do with it once I got home. I found this photos of one of my daughter's friend's baby and decided to blend them together, to make a kind of eerie shot.

Day 311

Dude making himself comfortable on my couch.

Day 302

A fabulous sunset at St. Mary's By the Sea in BlackRock Ct
